Developer Experience Engineer - London

About Us

At TurinTech AI, we’re building state-of-the-art AI developer tools to help engineers optimize, refactor, and migrate code — with speed, scale, and intelligence. Our flagship product, Artemis, supports both individual developers and large engineering teams inside banks, tech giants, and enterprise platforms.

Position Overview

We’re hiring a Developer Experience Engineer who’s equally comfortable writing code and guiding enterprise teams through complex integrations. You’ll play a key role in shaping how developers — from solo hackers to Fortune 500 engineering leads — experience our product.

This is a hybrid role combining developer advocacy, solutions engineering, and technical onboarding, with a strong emphasis on enterprise readiness and real-world impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Build robust demos, code samples, SDKs, and integrations tailored for enterprise developer teams working in regulated, high-security environments.
  • Work hands-on with customers in banking, fintech, and big tech to onboard, integrate, and scale Artemis into their workflows.
  • Translate enterprise requirements (security, scalability, compliance) into actionable product feedback.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success to identify pain points and drive adoption.
  • Write clear, developer-first documentation, integration guides, and API references with real-world examples.
  • Support field teams with technical deep dives, architecture sessions, and customer pilots.
  • Be a public-facing voice in the developer community — through blogs, meetups, events, and webinars — with a focus on the real-world enterprise use cases of AI tooling.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong engineering background — ideally in Python, backend systems, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Deep understanding of enterprise software development environments — preferably in sectors like finance, telecom, insurance, or large-scale tech.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance constraints (e.g. data handling, deployment models, air-gapped environments).
  • Experience building or supporting developer-facing tools, SDKs, or APIs.
  • Strong communication skills — capable of bridging the gap between engineering, product, and enterprise stakeholders.
  • Bonus: experience working with AI/ML tooling (e.g. Hugging Face, OpenAI, LLMs, vector databases, etc.)
  • Bonus: background in consulting, technical pre-sales, or solutions architecture.

Why Join Us?

  • Help define the developer experience of tomorrow — where AI does the heavy lifting.
  • Work with cutting-edge tech in an environment that blends deep R&D with product pragmatism.
  • Collaborate directly with enterprise customers on complex, high-impact deployments.
  • Influence the roadmap of a fast-growing, venture-backed company poised for scale.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong background in event marketing and/or partner marketing in B2B technology, SaaS, or AI/ML industries.
  • Proven track record of executing large-scale industry events and developer conferences.
  • Experience managing technology partnerships, including joint marketing initiatives and co-branded campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and partners simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills (sponsorships, vendor contracts, partner collaborations).
  • Budget management experience, including forecasting, tracking, and ROI analysis.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (Europe and U.S.) for events and partner engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI/ML or developer-focused marketing.
  • Familiarity with technical audiences and developer marketing.
  • Experience with event marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Background in B2B demand generation strategies for event and partner campaigns.

Benefits:

  • 25 days holiday.
  • Private healthcare.
  • Gym membership.
  • Central London office.
  • All the equipment you need.
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and a talented team.
  • Being part of the rapidly advancing AI industry.
