Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to ensure our enterprise customers achieve maximum value from our AI-powered code optimization platform. This role combines technical expertise, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills to support our customers’ success in using our platform. The TAM will work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions and resolve technical challenges.
As a TAM at TurinTech, you will directly contribute to customer success, helping them unlock the full potential of AI tools to transform their development workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise customers.
- Oversee and assist with the technical implementation of TurinTech’s platform, including integrations, deployment, and optimization.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for using TurinTech’s AI-powered tools to enhance code efficiency and reliability.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with internal engineering teams as needed.
- Conduct technical training and workshops to enhance customer knowledge of the platform.
- Work with customers to define technical requirements and ensure the platform aligns with their development environment and workflows.
- Promote adoption of TurinTech products within customer organizations by identifying opportunities for deeper integrations and wider usage.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to drive improvements based on customer needs.
- Monitor platform performance and proactively address potential issues before they affect the customer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer success, to support seamless onboarding and identify upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in a technical account management, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role, ideally in a SaaS or AI-driven product environment.
- Strong technical expertise in software development, debugging, and code optimization; familiarity with genetic algorithms is a plus.
- Experience with enterprise software integration and APIs in a SaaS or on-premise setup.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and frameworks, including Postman, Kubernetes, or Docker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Highly customer-oriented and proactive in addressing and solving issues with a sense of urgency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is desired.
